Hours of Operation

All of our locations are open from 8:30 to 4:30.

Making an Appointment

Appointments are scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment with one of our physicians, please call us at 703-698-8960.

We request that you make your appointments as far in advance as possible. Should you have an urgent need, we will make every attempt to accommodate you as soon as is reasonably possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we may offer the time to another patient.

Occasionally, patient emergencies arise and interrupt the normal appointment schedule. If this occurs, we will advise you as soon as possible and reschedule an appointment time that is most convenient for you.

Insurance / Billing / Payment Policies

GANV participates with most major insurance companies, including Medicare, CareFirst, Anthem, United Healthcare, and Aetna. Please call or visit your insurance company's website to verify if we participate with your individual plan.
 
We file all claims on your behalf. Copays are expected at check in. If you are being seen for a procedure, every effort will be made to inform you of your portion of the cost, which is due on the day of the procedure. If it becomes necessary to bill you for the balance, you will be billed monthly and payment is due upon receipt.

Please note: when we perform a procedure you may receive multiple bills from different providers. There will be professional fees (doctor charges), facility charges (hospital or surgical center fees), anesthesia and pathology charges. We will provide assistance in regards to our direct charges and provide contact information for charges from other service providers.
